The Sheldon Arts Foundation
The Sheldon Arts Foundation is a unique arts organization and venue located in an architecturally significant building in the Grand Center Arts District in St. Louis, and is a destination for enjoying carefully curated musical performances and visual icons. The Sheldon Arts Foundation has completed an $8M renovation of the 1st and 2nd Floors of The Sheldon Annex, including improved circulation, upgraded Art Galleries and additional restrooms, as well as an elevated guest experience in the Encore Society Lounge. The project scope also included structural modifications, interior renovations, and MEP/FP upgrades. A new marquee and entry canopy welcome visitors to the Annex, while new donor, directional and wayfinding signage enhances the visitor experience throughout the building. The renovation project amplifies The Sheldon as a treasured gathering place for the arts.

As the Program Manager for The Sheldon Arts Foundation renovation, responsibilities include leading the client, design team, and external consultants through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, negotiation, move management, and the construction process to ensure project schedule, budget, quality, and inclusion goals are achieved. Risk mitigation is a key component of the Program Manager role because of the tight construction schedule planned between events at The Sheldon.
